Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns within 7–10 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
You can raise a request through our website or app under the “My Orders” section. Follow the steps to schedule a pickup.
Yes, certain items like undergarments and personal hygiene products are not eligible for returns due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
You can cancel the order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the cancellation option may not be available.
